The degreasing process, which is essential for manufacturing ceramic products, takes a very long time for heat treatment, which is a major obstacle to improving productivity. JTEKT Thermo Systems has commercialized a revolutionary device using “superheated steam.” Productivity of ceramic products has been greatly improved, such as reducing processing time by up to 70%. At this exhibition, we are proposing “small batch furnaces” for experimental use, as well as “large batch furnaces” and “continuous furnaces” for mass production according to the customer's production form. Inside the booth, lectures will be given on the characteristics and effects of superheated steam, and specific examples of improved productivity with ceramic molded products and electronic components will also be introduced.
