In a recent update from NOVONIX Ltd, Andrew Liveris has ceased to be a director as of April 17, 2024. Liveris held substantial interests in the company, including 5,135,995 ordinary shares and 9,000,000 options over ordinary shares. Additional interests managed by Mutual Trust Pty Ltd and Lapana Pty Ltd, where Liveris is a director and shareholder, included 4,132,794 and 360,000 ordinary shares, respectively.
