During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 4.758 billion yuan, an increase of 15.93% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 667 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 19.46%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies deducted 614 million yuan from non-recurring profit and loss, a decrease of 27.27% year on year; basic earnings per share were 0.5901 yuan/share.
The company's profit distribution plan reviewed and approved by the board of directors is to distribute a cash dividend of 3.25 yuan (tax included) to all shareholders for every 10 shares based on 1,039,516,992 shares, 0 bonus shares (tax included), and no share capital transfer from the Provident Fund.
During the reporting period, the Gan-Shenzhen Expressway achieved toll revenue of 1,365 billion yuan, an increase of 15.34% over the previous year. Among them, the Dongcheng section of the Guan-Shenzhen Expressway Phase 1, Phase III and the Longlin Expressway achieved toll revenue of 1,118 million yuan, 114 million yuan, and 132 million yuan respectively, up 16.25%, 12.61%, and 10.35% respectively.
