Gelonghui, April 19 | Tianrui Auto Interior (06162.HK) announced that Mr. Xu Yunhua has resigned as an executive director of the company, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and an authorized representative with effect from April 19, 2024 to invest more time in his other personal affairs. Following his resignation, Mr. Xu no longer held any positions with the company.
The board of directors further announced that the chairman of the company, Mr. Hou Jianli, has been appointed as an authorized representative of the company, and Ms. Zhang Jingrong has been appointed as the company's executive director and member of the Remuneration Committee, effective April 19, 2024.
