Prudential International Development (00372) announced that Wang Gonghao has been appointed as the company's executive director with effect from April 18, 2024.
Ge Kanning has resigned as the vice chairman of the board of directors and executive director of the company due to her intention to engage in other business activities, all effective April 18, 2024. Mr. Ge will now continue to be a director of several of the company's subsidiaries.
Ge Kanning is no longer an authorized representative of the company under the listing rules, effective April 18, 2024. Wang Gonghao has been appointed as the company's authorized representative under the listing rules to replace Ge Kanning, effective April 18, 2024.
