Lloyds Banking (GB:LLOY) has released an update.
Lloyds Banking Group PLC has announced the acquisition of 9,477,932 of its own ordinary shares, with prices ranging between 50.6600 and 51.2600 pence per share, under its existing share buyback program. The bank plans to cancel the repurchased shares, aligning with its previously disclosed instructions to its broker, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc.
