VersaBank has successfully conducted its 2024 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, resulting in the reelection of all director nominees as laid out in their Management Information Circular. Shareholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Bank’s auditors and also approved the renewal of VersaBank’s Long-Term Incentive Plan. The voting showcased a strong endorsement for the current leadership, with the majority of votes firmly in favor of the directors.
