Gelonghui, April 18 | Donghua Software (002065.SZ) announced that Donghua Yundu Technology Co., Ltd. (“Donghua Yundu”), its holding subsidiary, and Beijing Donghua Hechuang Technology Co., Ltd. (“Hechuang Technology”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intend to jointly invest RMB 10,000 million in foreign investment to establish “Donghua Central Asia Yundu Technology Co., Ltd.” (“Donghua Central Asia”) with its own capital; Donghua Cloud will invest RMB 99 million of its own capital, accounting for 99% of the registered capital; Investment of RMB 1 million, It accounts for 1% of the registered capital.
