Since the company did not meet the conditions for implementing cash dividends stipulated in the “Articles of Association”, no dividends were paid in 2022 and 2023. In the future, the company will actively return dividends to investors in conjunction with the company's business development plan on the premise that the dividend conditions are met. Currently, the company is operating normally, and there are no circumstances involved in triggering ST.
