On April 18, the 10th Lenovo Innovation and Technology Conference Tech World was held in Shanghai. At the conference, Kirk Skaugen, executive vice president of Lenovo Group and president of the Infrastructure Solutions Business Group (ISG), said that Lenovo is striving to become the fastest growing and ultimately the largest provider of end-to-end infrastructure solutions in the world.
Today, artificial intelligence is a “disruptive” force reshaping almost every market, and companies are more concerned than ever before with artificial intelligence to drive decisions in real time. Lenovo's server and storage product line has also reached its strongest stage in history. Lenovo's unique ODM+ model brings solutions to market, supporting the world's largest cloud service providers, including Ali in China.
Meanwhile, Lenovo's customer momentum is strong. Among the top 25 research institutes in the world, 19 institutions, including Harvard University in the US, Oxford University in the UK, and Peking University in China, have all installed Lenovo equipment.
Kirk Skaugen said Lenovo is continuing to invest to strengthen its position as the world's number one HPC provider. Lenovo has the most energy-efficient HPC in the world at the Flatiron Research Institute in New York, and has continuously topped the Grenn 500 list.
