On April 18, the 10th Lenovo Innovation and Technology Conference Tech World was held in Shanghai. Dai Wei, senior vice president of Lenovo Group and general manager of the China Solution Service Business Group, said that in the face of the new AI era, SSG will also restructure and upgrade its strategy in China. This is three arrows in one step. OneEngine: DynaSky 3.0 upgrade based on the new IT architecture of the Endside Cloud Network. Three Arrows (three major customer groups): government and enterprises - tailor-made industry intelligence solutions; SMB - the smart body that knows small and medium-sized enterprises best - Lenovo Baiying; consumption - active intelligent services embedded in Xiaotian smart devices.

Dai Wei explained in detail:

First, the first engine - two strategic key points in DynaSky 3.0; the DynaSky Smart Engine (which is also a platform for multiple agents to operate) was built on the basis of the Lenovo Smart Hybrid Cloud. The bottom two layers of this engine are called the GPaaS technology platform. The first layer is the basic technology platform for AI, including an AI development tool platform, an agent operation and development platform, and a metaverse development platform. On top of that are enterprise tool libraries related to big models, enterprise hybrid big models, and enterprise knowledge base platforms. Above the GPaaS technology platform is the GPaaS business platform, which is commonly referred to as the R&D, production, supply, and marketing service link of enterprise operation management. These links have been gradually upgraded to different general enterprise intelligence systems at Lenovo. In the first phase, it is about to launch marketing, sales, service, and integrated retail intelligence.

With these AI-enabled GPaaS platforms and general intelligence devices, Lenovo will work with a large number of industry ISVs and large industry model partners to create intelligent solutions for different industries, such as government cities, government intelligence, education industry intelligence, etc. The biggest benefit of an intelligent engine platform is to share common capabilities as much as possible and accelerate the expansion of intelligence in every industry.

The second strategic key point in DynaSky 3.0 is the most full-cycle service. In particular, hybrid AI deployments require more comprehensive and systematic services. Coupled with intelligent operation deep into the industry, the need for stable, balanced and safe professional services is even more urgent. Lenovo will focus on these needs and launch a full-cycle service for intelligent transformation.

Regarding the different business arrangements for the three customer groups:

For government and enterprise customers, we will create tailor-made industry intelligence solutions. Based on horizontal solutions and services refined over many years, such as support services for smart products, digital workplaces, sustainable development, and intelligent hybrid cloud solutions, Lenovo will use industry intelligence as a starting point to provide solutions for different vertical industries. These solutions will focus on key segmented scenarios in each industry.

For SME customers, Lenovo has built a platform called Baiying in the past few years. Through the OMO model integrating online and offline, and through cooperation with the broadband services of the three major operators and instant retail e-commerce service platforms such as Meituan and Douyin, it has grown into a one-stop IT service platform with more than one million active enterprise customers a month. On the basis of this platform, AI upgrades will be carried out, and the Baiying Smart Device will be launched. The agent will penetrate PC, mobile, edge AI centers deployed locally by some customers, and the Baichuang platform co-created with customers at the application level. The intelligent body consists of Baiying's hybrid large model, task planning, memory, application distribution, and scenario management to form the core competency base.

Services for consumer customers. The service agent in the general enterprise intelligence system will also be embedded in the Xiaotian smart body. This service agent will give full play to the capabilities of the established service knowledge base and service model to make the service more intelligent. Of course, intelligence alone is not enough. Lenovo hopes that the equipment service brought to customers by AI PCs is a predictive and proactive service. Through sensing user scenarios and understanding user intentions, it will use multi-modal human-computer interaction and AI intelligent scheduling to help users reach users even before they encounter problems.

Dai Wei finally said that it is impossible for only a few companies to participate in this AI wave of haohao soup soup. Lenovo will open the DynaSky 3.0 platform and service system.
