Emperor International (00163) issued an announcement to regulate the provision of a wide range of financial services by Emperor Capital Group to listed members of the Emperor Group (including the Group). On June 22, 2021, the company (as one of the contracting parties) signed a 2021 financial services agreement with Emperor Capital for the period from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024. Subsequently, in order to continue such similar financial services, the 2021 financial services agreement has been renewed, and the 2024 financial services agreement has been concluded with Emperor Capital for the period from October 1, 2024 to 2027 9/30
With the conclusion of a limited partnership agreement on April 12, 2024 to establish a property asset investment fund, the Board of Directors anticipates an increase in the Group's demand for financial services, particularly wealth management and asset management services. Therefore, the company proposes to revise the annual cap during the term of the financial services agreement.
For the six months ended March 31, 2025, the 12 months ended 2026 and March 31, 2027, and the six months ended September 30, 2027, the recommended annual limits for service fees payable to Emperor Capital Group are HK$15 million, HK$30 million, HK$30 million and HK$15 million respectively.
