The board of directors of a company has decided to delist their common stock from the Nasdaq Stock Market and transition to the OTCQB market. Despite failing to meet Nasdaq’s minimum stockholders’ equity requirement, resulting in suspension of trading on Nasdaq, the stock became eligible for quotation on the OTCQB under the symbol “PBLA”. The move to file a Form 25 for delisting from Nasdaq will not affect the stock’s eligibility on the OTCQB.
