In order to further enhance Thailand's financial strength and meet its business development needs, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Dongshan Holding Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Hong Kong Holdings”) and its subsidiary DSBJ PTE.LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Higashiyama, Singapore”) used its own capital to increase Thailand by 50 million US dollars. After the capital increase is completed, Thailand will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the registered capital will increase from 50 million US dollars to 100 million US dollars.
