Gelonghui, April 17 | ST Reed (600666.SH) announced that Beijing Intelligent Computing Power Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Beijing Intelligent Computing Power”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to participate in the bidding for the Anqing Computing Power Operation Project. According to the requirements of the tender documents, the winning bidder and Anqing Longke Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as the “tenderer” or “Anqing Longjian Development”) jointly funded the procurement of computing power products required for the operation of the project, with a value of about 210 million yuan (the final value is based on the total product value determined in the approved operation plan). The equipment purchase price borne by the tenderer is not higher than 70% of the total value of the goods, and the winning bidder bears no less than 30% of the total price of the equipment (the specific ratio is based on the ratio promised by the winning bidder in the tender documents). The winning bidder will obtain the right to operate the Anqing Intelligent Computing Center and buy back the computing power equipment purchased by the tenderer in installments.
