C&C Group Plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 75,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 161.00p per share on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its ongoing €15 million share buyback program set to conclude by June 30, 2024. After these transactions, the total number of ordinary shares in issue for C&C will stand at 390,561,412. The buyback initiative, which commenced on March 1, 2024, aligns with the company’s commitment to shareholder value.
