Micro-X Limited has announced a new securities issue, including both options expiring in May 2026 and ordinary fully paid shares under a securities purchase plan and a separate placement. The record date for the purchase plan is set for April 16, 2024, with an offer closing date of May 17, 2024, and an issue date shortly after. In total, the company is proposing to issue over 15 million options and 52 million ordinary shares, with the latter’s proposed issue date on April 22, 2024.
