During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 6.881 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.51%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 158 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 44.77%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies deducted 144 million yuan from non-recurring profit and loss, a decrease of 25.62% year-on-year; and basic earnings per share were 0.13 yuan/share.
The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.40 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.
In 2023, facing a new normal of full competition, the company vigorously promoted the transformation of the scientific research and production model and successfully completed 29 small/micro satellite launch missions. However, due to industrial policy adjustments and the relative concentration of customers, some aerospace system projects fell short of expectations, and orders in progress were reduced.
