The issuance amount of the first issue of 2024 medium-term notes is RMB 2 billion, with a term of 10 years. It expires in April 2034, and the coupon interest rate is 2.82% per year. In the event of a change in control, the holder of the 2024 first medium-term note has the right to choose to resell the 2024 first issue medium-term note to the company at a price equal to 101% of the face value. According to the terms of the first issue of the 2024 medium-term note, the following situations are “change of control”.
