On April 15, 2024, the company received the “Transfer Registration Confirmation” issued by China Securities Registration and Settlement Co., Ltd. transferred by Andeley Group. It learned that 4 million tradable shares of the company's shares held by Andeley Group had been judicially deducted from the Lin'an Trading Securities account on April 12, 2024. At the same time, it was learned that Andeley Group had already repaid all principal and interest under the Lin'an Trading Loan Contract on April 12, 2024. In view of the above situation, Andeley Group and Lin'an Trading signed an agreement on April 13, 2024 on matters such as settlement of debts and debts, the transfer and registration of shares under the Lin'an Trading name to the Andeley Group name, and related equity arrangements.
