According to the Zhitong Finance App, Joint Group (00373) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of HK$7.619 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 24.41%; losses attributable to the company's shareholders were HK$125 million, a year-on-year decrease of 89.73%; and a loss of HK$0.04 per share.
According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was mainly due to Tianan China Investment Co., Ltd. (Tianan). The main reason for the decline in Cheonan's revenue was that no major new development projects were completed and handed over to customers last year, leading to a decrease in revenue recognition, and a decline in property sales due to the downturn in the real estate market in mainland China.
The Company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange starting at 9:00 a.m. on April 16, 2024.
