Resideo Technologies (REZI.US) will acquire Snap One (SNPO.US) in cash of $10.75 per share.
The Zhitong Finance App learned that Resideo Technologies (REZI.US), a manufacturer and distributor of technology-driven products and solutions, will acquire Snap One (SNPO.US) in cash of $10.75 per share.
The deal is worth around $1.4 billion, including Snap One's projected net debt of $4.6 billion.
Snap One is a supplier of smart lifestyle products, services, and software for professional integrators.
Once the deal is completed, Snap One will be integrated into Resideo's ADI global distribution business.
The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2024.
As of press release, Snap One was up 30.34% to $10.601 in the premarket.
