Gelonghui, April 15 | Regis International (00842.HK) announced that on April 15, 2024, the Company and Haozhi Holdings Limited (a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong, “GRST” or “Partner”) entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding.
According to the Memorandum of Understanding, the Group and GRST expect to use their respective advantages and expand around potential areas through this cooperation, including but not limited to the following areas: 1. Cooperation in business development or investment projects; 2. Exchange of views on technical expertise and best practices; 3. Share commercial resources, market intelligence and industry trends; 4. Jointly promote industry participation and knowledge exchange; 5. Expand market layout through the industry's honor and influence between the two parties; 6. Other areas of cooperation agreed by both parties.
Through this cooperation, the two sides will give full play to their strengths and seek greater synergy. The Group plans to use GRST's aqueous lithium battery production technology in production bases, which is expected to reduce pollution generated during the production process, thereby achieving stronger cost advantages and market competitiveness and promoting the global expansion of the lithium battery business. At the same time, GRST will use the Group's global sales and production network to seek cost and capacity advantages to expand its products to more regions; the Group will also work with GRST to seize the opportunity to win the “Fight for the Earth Award” and discuss the market opportunities and related preferential policies of this award in different countries, including energy storage and new energy vehicles Cooperation, development and sale of joint products.
