Glonghui, April 15, 丨 Acer Capital (02288.HK) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from April 15, 2024.
The board of directors further announced that, on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Deloitte as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy after Luo Bingxian's resignation and serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
