According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shengli Securities (08540) announced that all the prerequisites contained in the subscription agreement have been met and implemented on April 15, 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the various subscription agreements.
After deducting professional fees and all related expenses, the net issue price for each subscribed share is approximately HK$2.46. The net proceeds from the subscription process were approximately HK$17.7 million.
