Zhitong Finance App News, China Agricultural Products Exchange (00149) issued an announcement. Wu Rizhang has resigned as an independent non-executive director in order to spend more time handling other businesses, effective April 15, 2024.
Following Wu Rizhang's resignation mentioned above, the board of directors also announced that from April 15, 2024, the composition of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee will be changed as follows: Wu Rizhang will no longer serve as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee; and Li Yinquan has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
