On the date of this announcement, the conditions for the ownership of the first batch of share purchases have been fulfilled. As of April 11, 2024, a total of 19.5 million share options (as part of the first batch of share options) have been exercised by the following number of management grantees at an exercise price of HK$5.98 per share.
Following the exercise of the first batch of share options, a total of 19.5 million new shares were allotted and issued to the above management grantees on April 15, 2024. As a result, immediately following the issuance, the total number of shares issued by the company was 11.923 billion shares.
