On April 15, 2024, the company had deposited all of the required funds into the trustee's designated bank account to redeem the 2024 notes (the outstanding principal amount along with accumulated interest). The company believes that the redemption of the 2024 notes did not have any significant adverse impact on the Group's financial position.
