Yimei International Holdings (01870) announced that on April 12, 2024 (after the Stock Exchange trading session), the subscriber Green Energy Power Inc. (A wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a subscription agreement with the target company Future Energy Auckland Ltd. and the guarantor. According to this, the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the target company conditionally agreed to allocate and issue subscribed shares (105 new common shares of the target company). The total subscription price was NZ$2.1 million (equivalent to approximately HK$9.96 million). The subscribed shares account for about 51.22% of the total number of issued shares of the target company after completion, after allocation and issuance of subscription shares.
According to the announcement, since the target company was incorporated in 2019, it has mainly been engaged in providing sustainable energy solutions. Specifically, the company is engaged in the installation of air conditioning and rooftop solar equipment in New Zealand.
