According to Zhitong Finance App News, Peilinong (01498) announced that on April 12, 2024 (after the trading period), the placement agent delivered a written notice of termination to terminate the placement agreement in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. Upon termination of the placement agreement, all of the obligations of each party to the placement agreement will be terminated and no party shall bring any claim against the other party in respect of any matter or event arising out of or relating to the placement agreement, except for any prior violator of any obligation under the placement agreement.
