According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sint Maarten International (00482) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$562 million, a year-on-year decrease of 24.66%; losses attributable to the owners of the company were HK$127 million, an increase of 63.21% over the previous year; and a loss of HK14.75 cents per share.
Due to tight global monetary policies, the Group's earnings for the year ended 31 December 2023 declined compared to the same period in 2022. The Group has taken a number of measures to mitigate the adverse effects of the pandemic, including but not limited to purchasing from multiple suppliers to increase the Group's gross profit margin.
