In order to focus on its main business, optimize the asset structure, and improve asset quality, the company plans to transfer 22.21% of the shares held by Dongguan Trust Co., Ltd. (“Dongguan Trust”) for 1,428 billion yuan to Dongguan Luqiao Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. (“City Road and Bridge Company” for short). This transaction constitutes a related transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring situation as stipulated in the “Administrative Measures on Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies”. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Dongguan Trust.
