On February 2, 2024 and April 11, Greenfield Biotech (06990.HK) announced that on February 2, 2024 and April 11, 2024, the company signed the Bank of Chengdu Structured Deposit Agreement I and the Bank of Chengdu Structured Deposit Agreement II respectively. Based on this, the company agreed to subscribe to two structured deposits with the principal amount of RMB 100 million and RMB 100 million respectively from the Bank of Chengdu. As of the date of this announcement, the total outstanding principal amount of structured deposits acquired from Bank of Chengdu was RMB 200 million.
