Gelonghui, April 12 | Zhifeng Industrial Electronics (01710.HK) announced that in the 2023 fiscal year, the company's revenue increased by 18.6% compared to the 2022 fiscal year to HK$1.16 billion. Profit attributable to the owners of the company was HK$47,100,000 (after deducting one-time remuneration and bonuses paid to resigned directors and senior management members of HK$4,800,000), compared to a profit of HK$45,400,000 for fiscal year 2022.
The company has applied to/will apply to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of the company's shares starting at 9:00 a.m. on April 15, 2024.
