The internal control consultant issued a corresponding internal control report on April 12, 2024 after carrying out a follow-up evaluation of the corrective measures implemented by the Group.
After considering the internal control report and its recommendations, the board of directors believes that the proposed measures and the rectification work carried out by the company and relevant subsidiaries are sufficient and sufficient to handle all the major findings identified by the internal control consultants on the internal control systems and procedures of the relevant entities.
