Gelonghui, April 12, 丨 Guangshen Railway Co., Ltd. (00525.HK) announced that the board of directors and supervisors received a letter of resignation from the company's director and general manager, Hu Shaohong, and the resignation letter of the company's supervisor Chen Shaohong on April 12, 2024. Hu Yuyi resigned as the company's executive director, general manager, board remuneration committee member and board nomination committee member due to a retirement application. Chen Shaohong applied to resign as the company's shareholder representative and supervisor due to work requirements. According to the “Company Law”, “Articles of Association”, etc., the resignation applications of Hu Yuyi and Chen Shaohong all took effect when they were delivered to the board of directors and supervisors.
