Gelonghui, April 12, 丨 Lanfeng Biochemical (002513.SZ) announced that the company held the 11th meeting of the 7th board of directors on April 12, 2024 to review and pass the “Proposal on Foreign Investment by Subsidiaries” and “Proposal on Holding the Foreign Investment of Second-tier Subsidiaries”. The company holds the first-level subsidiary Anhui Xuhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xuhe Technology”) and the wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Lanfeng Import & Export Co., Ltd. (“Lanfeng Import and Export”), and the wholly-owned subsidiary, intend to establish a second-tier subsidiary, Tongliao Xuhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, “Tongliao Xuhe”) with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, of which Xuhe Technology holds 99% of shares and Lanfeng Import & Export holds 1% of shares; the company holds the second-tier subsidiary SOLAR N PLUS SINGAPORE NEW ENERGY PTE LTD. (“Singapore Xuhe”) plans to use its own capital to invest abroad to establish a third-level subsidiary, Beizhen Xuhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, “Beizhen Xuhe” for short), with a registered capital of 1 million US dollars.
