(“Gongchuang Huiji”) as a limited partner on March 7, 2024, to jointly invest in the establishment of Guangzhou Gongchuang Dezhu Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)) The amount of capital pledged is RMB RMB 21.35 million, of which Huizhou Battery, as a limited partner, pledged an investment of RMB 21.1365 million with its own capital, with an investment ratio of 99.00%; Gongchuang Huiji pledged an investment of 21,500 yuan as a general partner, with a capital ratio of 1.00%. The partnership will make a special investment in Guangzhou Zhiguang Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd.
Due to objective factors such as project progress and market environment, the two parties agreed to terminate this joint investment matter through consensus.
