On April 12, GLONGHUI | Jiayi Holdings (01025.HK) announced that (among others) the placement of existing shares under a general mandate and the subscription of new shares in a new manner. The Company would like to clarify that both the purchase price and subscription price have been revised to HK$0.209 per share to be sold instead of HK$0.208 per share. Therefore, the purchase price is: (i) approximately 19.62% off the closing price of HK$0.260 per share from the closing price of HK$0.260 per share; and (ii) about 9.99% off the average closing price of shares reported on the Stock Exchange for 5 consecutive trading days prior to the date of the new placement and subscription agreement. Additionally, the subscription completion date has been revised to be implemented on or before April 24, 2024, rather than on or before May 2, 2024.
The company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of the company's shares from 1:00 p.m. on April 12, 2024.
