Tesla FSD autopilot saves car owner's life after 13 miles, Musk responds

環球市場播報 ·  Apr 11 20:22

A Tesla Model Y owner posted on X about how he relied on Tesla's FSD (fully automatic driving) function to drive 13 miles to the hospital without human intervention during a recent illness outbreak to get timely help from a doctor, thus saving a life and thanking Tesla.

The owner wrote, “As an owner of luxury cars such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Acura, and Cadillac, I can unequivocally announce that Tesla is the pinnacle of automotive innovation today. Its ability to save lives in critical moments highlights its superiority. The leap from traditional cars to Tesla's fully automated driving capabilities is like upgrading from a regular phone to a smartphone... I want to thank Elon Musk for his crazy and erratic leadership in driving technological progress, not just in transportation. I particularly appreciate his commitment to excellence and innovation. He has had a profound impact on our world, and on my own. Thank you, Tesla, and thank you to the team at Charles George Veterans Medical Center!”

The post has now received more than 12 million views. Musk responded, “I'm glad Tesla FSD can help you, and you feel great too!”
