Till (Jim) will be appointed to the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer for NewCo, effective upon the closing of the proposed transaction. In addition, Mr. Tarun Manroa will be appointed to the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for NewCo, effective upon the closing of the proposed transaction.
