Based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of the company's long-term value, and in order to enhance investor confidence and effectively maintain investors' rights and capital market stability, the controlling shareholder of the company, Mr. Liu Guoyong, Mr. Nie Shugang, and Mr. Zhao Yanqing, each voluntarily promised not to reduce their direct or indirect holdings of the company's shares within 6 months from the date this commitment was made (that is, from April 11, 2024 to October 10, 2024).
