According to the Zhitong Finance App, Rongke Holdings (02323) announced annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$258 million during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 27.55%; losses attributable to shareholders amounted to HK$376 million, a year-on-year decrease of 19.28%; and the basic loss per share was HK$14.21 cents.
According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decrease in sales in the group's manufacturing business classification. The manufacturing business classified revenue for the year was HK$263 million (2022: HK$369 million).
