In the same period, the Group's sales area was 5,289 square meters and equity sales area was 5,175 square meters. The Group's average sales price was approximately RMB 18,561 per square meter and the average equity sales price was approximately RMB 18,762 per square meter.
For the three months ended March 31, 2024, the Group's contract sales amount was approximately RMB 181 million and the Group's equity contract sales amount was approximately RMB 180 million. In the same period, the Group's sales area was 12,859 square meters and equity sales area was 12,745 square meters. The Group's average sales price was approximately RMB 14,090 per square meter and the average equity sales price was approximately RMB 14,132 per square meter.
