Due to work changes, the board of directors agreed to the following adjustments, effective from April 10, 2024: (1) Wu Bo will no longer serve as the company's president, chief financial officer and member of the management committee; (2) Chairman Chen Liang will perform the duties of president until the date the company appoints a new CEO; and (3) Xu Yicheng, a member of the management committee, will perform the duties of Chief Financial Officer until the company appoints a new Chief Financial Officer.
