According to the Zhitong Finance App, Fuyi International Holdings (01470) issued an announcement. Meng Guangyin will resign as executive director, chairman of the board of directors, and CEO of the company in order to spend more time handling other duties, effective April 10, 2024. He is also no longer serving as the Chairman and member of the Nomination Committee under the Board of Directors and as a member of the Remuneration Committee under the Board of Directors with effect from April 10, 2024.
Following Mr. Meng's resignation, Executive Director Liu Guoqing was appointed as (1) CEO of the Company; (2) Chairman of the Board of Directors; (3) Chairman of the Nomination Committee; and (4) Member of the Remuneration Committee, while Executive Director Li Dongpo was reassigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to replace Mr. Liu.
