Gelonghui, April 10 | Yuzhou Group (01628.HK) announced that the contract sales amount of the company, subsidiaries and affiliated companies for March 2024 was RMB 902 million; the sales area was 59,930 square meters; the average sales price was RMB 15,058 per square meter.
In the first three months of 2024, the Group achieved a cumulative sales amount of RMB 2,208 billion; a cumulative sales area of 140,297 square meters; and an average sales price of RMB 15,744 per square meter. Furthermore, as of March 31, 2024, the Group's cumulative unsigned subscription amount was approximately RMB 70 million.
