Gelonghui, April 10 丨 Jiangsu Xinneng (603693.SH) announced that in order to promote the development and construction of the Qianhuang Project, according to the consortium agreement, the company and Xinyu Group jointly established Xinneng Xinyu as the implementing entity of the project. Xinneng Xinyu's registered capital is RMB 620 million, of which the company invested 372 million yuan, accounting for 60% of the registered capital, and Xinyu Group invested 248 million yuan, accounting for 40% of the registered capital. After the establishment of the joint venture, it will be mainly responsible for the development and construction of the Yuguang Integrated Project in Qianhuang Town, Wujin District, Changzhou City (formerly Yuguang Complementary Project in Qianhuang Town, Wujin District, Changzhou, referred to as the “Qianhuang Project”). The project still needs to complete registration and filing procedures.
