SF Real Estate Trust (02191) issued an announcement. According to the trust agreement, SF REIT issued 6.238 million new fund units to the REIT manager on April 9, 2024 (about 0.77% of the 811 million fund units issued immediately after the issuance) at a price of HK$2.364 (the market price) per fund unit to pay 100% of the relevant period manager's fees.
Until the fund unit is charged the manager's fee, the REIT manager does not hold any interest in the fund unit. Following the issuance of manager fee fund units and on the date of this announcement, the REIT manager held 6.238 million fund units (approximately 0.77% of the 811 million fund units issued immediately after the issuance).
