EPS Chuangjian Technology (03860) announced that on April 9, 2024, the company plans to issue 1.0806 million shares and 1.906,800 new shares to subscriber A (KIRABOSHI CONSULTING CO., LTD.) and subscriber B (OHMI LLC (Omi LLC)) respectively, totaling 22.1774 million new shares, which is equivalent to about 4.2% of the total number of shares expanded immediately after completion.
The subscription price was HK$0.992 per share, a 1.2% premium over the closing price of HK$0.980 per share on April 9. The total proceeds from the issuance of subscribed shares are expected to be HK$22 million, and the net proceeds will be approximately HK$21.8 million. The Company intends to use the proceeds as the Group's general working capital.
